Memories
Family
The first section of MEMORIES is a collection of writings by members of
Tani's family after his death. We have included writings by family members,
aunts, uncles and cousins. Many are messages of condolence we received.
Some are thoughts about Tani written after a year and more.
In addition, we have included the beautiful "In
Loving Memory" by Tani's grandmother, Sara Goodman.
This memorial page also contains the "Eulogies," which have been translated from the original Hebrew.
Words cannot express our appreciation for all these
shared reflections that we continue to treasure.

Friends
This section of Memories is written by Tani's many amazing
friends and from the Goodman family's friends. Here we get a better idea
of who Tani was, is and will forever be.
Initially, the idea for this website has been the insistence
of his friends to have a written memorial for Tani. We as a family felt
that a book about Tani would be too limiting. However, when the idea of
a website was broached, the friends came through and enthusiastically
supported its design, spent hours typing the many handwritten entries,
and contributed many photos and works of art for the site.
We would like to add that the affection of Tani's friends
for us as a family has been more important than they will ever know. I
am amazed from anew at each visit we continue to receive from among these
loyal friends. They are a true gift to us from our Tani. Each time a friend
walks through the door, we see Tani just behind --with his huge smile
and open arms.
